1. Lavender + Bergamot

Lavender and Bergamot are two essential oils that can be incredibly beneficial to the nervous system, as they are able to calm the nerves, reducing anxiety.

Use 4 drops of Lavender and 3 drops of Bergamot.

2. Lavender + Sandalwood + Vetiver + Roman Chamomile
